Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the provision of either individual or any combination of the following:
Lot 1: Servicing and Maintenance of Emergency Lighting in Residential Housing Blocks. Estimated annual value is £114,000.
Lot 2: Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Automatic Smoke Ventilation Systems in Residential Housing Blocks. Estimated annual value is £61,000.
The fixed term for each contract will be five years with a possible further mutually agreed extension for up to two years. The planned commencement date for both Lots is 2nd April 2016.
