To provide block and estate cleaning communal window cleaning and/or grounds maintenance services to Westminster City Council's residential stock situated in the south and central areas of the city. To provide services to the highest levels of residents satisfaction, professional standards, cost effectiveness, proactive delivery and with continuous improvements in value for money and services.
