The DVLA Testing Service will provide an End to End testing capability using DVLA tools. The Testing Service will be required across both our transactional Vehicles and Driver systems, along with our new Cloud based Digital Service Platform. The service will also be required to work within DVLA's Software Delivery Lifecycle.
