description

The British Library is inviting potential software providers to submit information and propose options and possible business solutions for the provision of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution which will support a vision of 'smarter working', and provide capabilities in the areas of collaborative working, mobile working, administrative workflow, and document/records management.

The British Library is also seeking an implementation partner who will both manage the installation of the selected solution, and then collaborate with the Library to implement two pilot projects using the system; it is envisaged that the implementation partner will, as part of these two pilot projects, provide business analysis, project management, and technical training/knowledge transfer in relation to the ECM system.

This implementation partner may be either the vendor of the system, or a subcontractor or chosen partner of the vendor.
