Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to install a new payments platform which supports BACS Payments & Direct Debits, Paperless DD Sign Up and Direct Debit Management as the current system is end of life from September 2020. We will require the new system to be in place by the end of July 2020 to ensure a smooth transition. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement - Tender release: Friday 11th October 2019 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Friday 1st November 2019 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Friday 8th November 2019 Evaluation: w/c 11th November 2019 Interviews: Wednesday 20th November 2019, Times to be advised on invitation Appointment of contractor: w/c 25th November 2019
