Half day (3.5hr) closed courses in national locations. Development and delivery of 1) half day standalone events and 2) back to back half day events. These should be face to face workshop with interactive learning sessions to cover;
Content/Objectives to include:
-Managers are confident in supporting staff in transitioning to new digital and flexible working practices
-Managers are better able to manage and inspire teams that are working flexibly and remotely - delivery with less face to face contact.
-Managers are able to empower their staff in order to use outcome based management rather than a transactional management style.
-Managers are able to meet challenges of new working practices and engender high levels of trust.
