| 1. | Huntingdonshire District Council (the Council) seeks a construction company to build 7 Industrial units at a site on land owned by the Council. The site is adjacent to industrial units already owned by the Council at Alms Close, Huntingdon PE29 6DY. |
| 2. | The requirement is to build the industrial units to commercial standards suitable to lease. Planning permission is in place and drawings have been prepared together other supporting documents. |
| 3. | In addition, the contract will include diversion of sewers, external works, drainage and the provision of services. |
| 4. | A draft JCT intermediate building contract 2016 with contractor design is included as part of the Tender Pack. |
