Construction of a self-supporting metal walkway, balustrading, handrails and a flight of stairs, and four mounts for interpretative panels to affix to balustrading. To be situated beneath HMS Victory, a wooden vessel of international importance, within No. 2 Dock, which forms part of a Scheduled Monument and Grade I listed structure. Therefore there should be no physical impact on the ship or dock stonework during installation or operation phases. Walkway should be made of removable pieces allowing for maintenance of it and the dock beneath and the ship above.
