The Borough Council currently owns and operates the rather dilapidated Saltergate multi storey car park in the centre of Chesterfield.
The Borough Council is inviting tenders for the undertaking of a Full Options Appraisal Report to be presented to the Council which will
- Identify fully costed options/potential solutions for the regeneration of Saltergate Multi-storey car park, to include as a minimum

PROCUREMENT OUTPUT: A fully researched Options Appraisal Report to be presented by the successful supplier to Council Representatives.
Anticipated work to take place between 24/08/15 - 27/11/2015.
