Congleton Town Council wishes to appoint an agency or company of at least 5 employees to update and upgrade its website www.congleton-tc.gov.uk.
We would like to work with a company that
| 1. | Has a diverse portfolio of established clients of varying sizes |
| 2. | Is experienced in website build and management - and can give references |
| 3. | Has a creative flair for design but practical information structure ideas |
| 4. | Is able to demonstrate experience in responsive design, robust development and meeting the latest accessibility criteria demanded of government websites. |
| 5. | Uses a recognised project management methodology |
| 6. | Has proven knowledge of digital marketing |
- Is able to offer ongoing support to the Town Council regarding trouble shooting and analysis of the new site.
