Hastings Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to complete Promenade Improvement Works in the White Rock area of Hastings.
This project is part of the wider strategic vision for seafront in this area. And is linked to the current work at the White Rock Baths and the reopening of the Pier. As such it is designed to complement and enhance this vision.
