description
UK NICA was recently awarded funds to establish a VOICE chapter in Singapore. The funds will support the scoping of the landscape for feasibility to establish a consumer community engagement structure in Singapore, building on and leveraging successful existing activity delivered by the UK's National Innovation Centre for Ageing (NICA) in the UK and other geographies. This is also being developed in China (funded through the FIC Healthy Ageing Flagship Challenge) and is pending in Canada, Australia, Italy and Singapore.
The international model focuses on successful commercialisation of products/services and growing international longevity economies building on the VOICE model: https://uknica.co.uk/voice/. This model utilises lived and professional experience to de-risk the innovation to export pathway - through this, businesses easily access insights and intelligence on healthy longevity while accessing a growing network of "innovation active citizens" to rapidly identify unmet needs, priorities and opportunities.
This activity will build on existing projects and well-established collaborations in UK and international chapters.
The purpose of this tender is to procure a white-label digital longevity platform - branded as VOICE - in order to engage a community of Singaporean citizens interested both in understanding more about their own life transitions and sharing their knowledge and experience to benefit others. We require the successful vendor to utilise the platform capability then and - also - leverage the platform as the first system of recruitment for the whole VOICE members in Singapore in the first stage of the project.
