16-120 Electric Bikes

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from a number of organisations who might be able to provide services that meet RMBC's current needs for purchasing Electric Bikes.

The anticipated spend is in the region of £20,000 to £30,000, however this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual needs.

The intention is to award to a single supplier.

All suppliers who wish to be considered for this quotation must register on the YORtender system and electronically complete and upload the quotation documents onto the system no later than 12:00 Friday 3rd March 2017. All Requests for Quotation must be returned through the YORtender system and will not be accepted by any other means.

The details set out in this RFQ are given in good faith and believed to be correct. However, RMBC does not warrant the accuracy of those details and each bidder should make its own appropriate enquiries.

Additional information: To access the documents you will first need to register on YORtender which is free to do.

Once done follow the below instructions:

Log into Yortender.

Click Find Opportunities.

Either select Rotherham MBC from the organisation dropdown enter text in the search criteria if known and click update.

Click Register Interest.

Click on My Activities.

Tick the box that says Rotherham MBC.

Click the link and there is no need to tick the little box at the side.

Ignore the first box as this just says the supplier has registered interest.

Click start on the second box.

Scroll down to the bottom to find the list of documents.

You will need to download and complete the relevant ones.

Once the documents have been completed log back in to YORtender.

Click Start on the second box.

Click start my response on the right hand side of the screen.

Attach the completed documents.

Click Submit.

Please complete all the relevant documents attached to bid.
