The Council requires a comprehensive address tracing and mortality screening ser-vice which will;
| • | Enable the Council to locate individuals with whom contact has been lost using an online address tracing facility to enable ad hoc searches and tracing to be un-dertaken |
| • | Enable the Council to upload data to the Unclaimed Asset Register |
| • | Provide forwarding addresses for 'gone aways' and |
| • | Screen bereavement and mortality databases to identify potentially deceased members and provide a probability score or classification. |
