Cold Harbour and Wavendon Schools Plant Room - AWARD

Suppliers may bid for one or both projects.

The Authority has secured funding the following projects:

• oReplacement of the gas fired heating and hot water generation plant at Cold Harbour C of E Primary School (Plant Room 1)
• oReplacement of the gas fired heating plant at Wavendon Gate School (Plant Room 2)

The Project Objectives are to ensure that:

• oThe replacement Gas fired heating and hot water generation plant meet the requirements of the gas regulations and associated Building Regulations.
• oWorks are to enhance the School Buildings by upgrading poor condition elements.
• oWorks are to improve the energy efficiency of the School Buildings in accordance with Building Regulations Part L.
• oAll mechanical plant is installed in line with the manufacturer's guidelines including access requirements for maintenance
• oAll equipment supplied and installed are to be those specified or equal and approved.
• oWorks are carried out in compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, to ensure the health and safety of contractors, workers and end users of the property.
• oWorks are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality.
