Cambridgeshire County Council are seeking consultancy to produce robust homecare recommissioning recommendations and procurement model
Broadly, consultancy support is required to:
- Progress our homecare transformation ambitions into a set of commissioning requirements with an accompanying business case, recommended procurement model and practice/process changes
- recommend optimal contract management framework and performance indicators
Building upon work done to date, the recommendations must deliver the council's homecare transformation vision and ambitions, including those around self-directed support and CMEs. The recommendations should inform demand forecasts, consider commercial opportunities within Cambridgeshire's local care market, and learning from other local authorities across the UK.
