This Framework will allow the Council to purchase play and activity scheme sessions to meet the needs of individual and eligible disabled children and young people who have mild and moderate physical and learning difficulties. This will assist the Council in fulfilling its statutory obligations as defined by the Children's Act 1989 and the Breaks for Carers of Disabled Children Regulations 2011.
