Invitation to Tender for the Installation of Photovoltaic Panels - Fleetwood Nautical Campus

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking to appoint a single supplier, to deliver its requirement and ensure the service meets the contractual requirements of the agreement and ensure Key Performance indicators are met from the outset and throughout the life of the agreement.

The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the Installation of Photovoltaic Panels - Fleetwood Nautical Campus on the basis of Design and Build project to a three storey educational building.

The attached Service Specification, Plans and Drawings provided a detailed outline of our requirements.

A Mandatory and non-negotiable requirement is to ensure Registration and accreditation for FITS and export tariff before 31st March 2019. Tenderers who cannot meet this requirement should not submit a bid for this project.

The Contracting Authority will be requesting bids for various PV outputs which include 90kW, 80kW, 70kW and 60Kw to ensure its budgetary constraints can be met.

Tenderers are strongly advised to avail themselves of a site visit. A site visit will be available the afternoon of Wednesday 27th November 2018.

A representative of B&FC will be on-site from 1330h -1630h 27.11.2018. The Fleetwood Nautical Campus is a live educational setting and due to safeguarding requirements Site visits must be pre-booked by contacting the following by 1700h 23.11.2018.

The duration of the contract will be 07.01.2019 to completion by 31.03.2018.

B&FC is inviting bids using an open procedure.
