Warwickshire County Council's aim is to make the County the best that it can be. Its vision is for Warwickshire's communities to be supported to be safe, healthy and independent, with vulnerable members of the community supported. The required Health Advocacy Service is one way in which Warwickshire County Council will achieve this aim and vision.
The Health Advocacy Service will provide an integrated and indepdendent advocacy service, which encompasses three service areas:
- oIndependent NHS Complaints Advocacy Service - statutory provision
- oIndependent Mental Health Advocacy Service - statutory and non-statutory provision
- oGeneral Health Advocacy Service - non-statutory provision.
