Provide Risk Based Verification Software to risk score online submitted Change in Circumstances for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support (HB/CTS) claimants.
In addition to provide an automated Credit Reference Agency () check for New Claims at the point they are automatically risk scored to ensure that some of those claims can be reduced to Medium Risk and others that are very high risk are flagged for investigation.
