Requirements - 3 Year Contract for Services:

We desire to create a package of care to offer colleagues across the future ICS support in respect of Sleep. Package will be for circa up to 20,000 employees across the ICS.

We must all care more about each other's health and wellbeing. We will do this by focusing on how we create a positive place to work where people feel valued and where they can thrive. Providing quality patient care relies on maintaining and enhancing the health and wellbeing of our workforce. Creating a healthy and positive working environment has a positive impact on wellbeing, morale and engagement resulting in an improved patient experience.

The last 2 years has impacted on all staff at all levels and we wish to build a range of HWB resources to support our people and maintain attendance at work. Sleep is essential to health; without it our staff will suffer short and or long term consequences of sleep deprivation and fatigue, including irritability, being less patient and empathetic and less able to cope with the unexpected. We are also aware that sleep impacts generally on HWB and promoting great sleep will improve employee wellbeing and improve mental health while decreasing risk of burnout.

We are looking for a range of training, webinar and app support to help us promote ways to achieve great sleep whilst being also to tailor to individual need. We would also like to link to common difficulties associated with sleep such as menopause, sleep disorders, men wellness, shift work, nutrition and general sleeping well.
