As part of the National Police Air Service Fleet Replacement Programme there is a requirement to provide tender assurance and support services as listed:
| • | Aircraft acquisition specification definition. |
| • | Professional advice on aircraft financing and leasing within public-sector procurement. |
| • | Aircraft performance and direct operating costs of specific aircraft types. |
| • | Operational analysis and simulation of the London Region outsourcing model. |
| • | Aircraft acquisition programme management. |
In order to meet wider programme deadlines, the consultancy support is required to commence as soon as possible.
