Thurrock CCG and Thurrock Council are looking to award to a single Provider or Providers for the provision of a Single Care Package and/or Accommodation Services as per the details shown in the specification. The main aim of this project is the placement of an individual with an appropriate care package which is monitored and having facilities that would meet the needs of this individual.
