The works comprise the creation of a public launch and recovery facility for
unpowered craft, including the following:
| • | Provision of tubular steel pile foundations to structural engineer's details, for dock wall and slipway |
| • | Provision of a concrete slipway |
| • | Provision of a stepped launch and recovery area |
| • | Provision of seating area and a flight of steps |
| • | Provision of a Geocell grass seeded access track with raised timber edge |
| • | Retention and reprofiling of existing banks, including plastic piling, revetments, rock armouring and grass seeding |
| • | Deepening of water adjacent to new slip / dock |
