The Authority's Property Services are proposing to create a non-exclusive Mechanical and Electrical Servicing and Repairs four year framework with a single Provider to deliver the servicing of the Authority's mechanical and electrical plant, fixed wiring testing and small works arising. The main stock consists of Leisure centre a sports stadium, office blocks a works depot, Art Gallery and Museum, an 1830 Pump Rooms, various toilet blocks and sports pavilions and miscellaneous other properties. For fuller details please see requirements appendices. The proposed start date is the 02 November 2020
