UOC intends to undertake restricted procedure procurements which are compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to award a number of framework agreements for the following disciplines:
- oQuantity Surveyors
- oMechanical & Electrical Engineers
- oArchitects
- oCDM Advisors
for the provision of capital services works to UOC's property portfolio.
The consultancy services frameworks will cover the following University of Cumbria sites:
- oCarlisle
- oLancaster
- oAmbleside
- oBarrow
- oWorkington
The annual value of construction works to which this framework applies is estimated at ?1.5m
