The proposed Works are in relation to the replacement and refurbishment of passenger and goods lifts at specified locations across the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Specifically the Works required include:
The replacement of selected existing passenger and goods lifts in buildings owned by Greenwich;
Carrying out essential refurbishment and upgrade works to selected existing passenger and goods lifts to bring them up to a modern standard and extend their useful life;
Carry out all builders work, decorations and remedials associated with the Works;
Carry out any asbestos removal works as may be required.
