The London Borough of Hillingdon seeks to engage the services of multi disciplinary consultancy services to report upon and to recommend solutions to the ingress of rainwater and damage to concrete soffits and window cills at Ruislip Gardens Primary School. The successful consultant may be required to act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations and Contract Administrator at a later date.
