Selection of a list of contractors to be invited to carry out for the Highway Works associated with the upgrade of an existing signal controlled junction to improve facilities for cyclists and pedestrians at the junction of Slater Lane with Schleswig Way in Leyland, including the enlargement of the existing refuge islands, installation of dropped crossings, the provision of new duct crossings for traffic signal cables and resurfacing of areas of existing footway.
