Portsmouth City Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified suppliers to provide geographic and demographic segmentation tool/s.

The council requires a comprehensive geo-demographic segmentation tool to identify and understand the Portsmouth population by providing insight into current and future residents/communities. The tool will help the council to anticipate demand for services and enable targeting communications to achieve maximum impact.
