The Council is seeking an organisation to provide an Accommodation Based Support Service for Alcohol/Drug Recovery for residents of West Sussex.
The overall aims of the Service are to provide:
- oAccommodation based support for people on their 'recovery journey' from high risk substance misuse.
- oA secure home together with personalised support and case management.
- oAssessment for and delivery of community-based alcohol withdrawal programmes in line with national guidance and evidence base.
- oSupport to access blood borne virus testing and vaccination.
- oSupport to access education, training and employment.
- oSupport to access move on accommodation and support with resettlement.
