Supply of Tutor Led and Computer Based Specialist ICT Training

Derbyshire County Council is seeking Quote Responses to provide an externally hosted web-based training Solution and tutor led training including examinations for Specialist ICT courses.

The requirement is separated into 2 Lots, suppliers may submit tenders for single or multiple Lots.

Lot 1: Tutor led training: Onsite or Public Scheduled training including, as a minimum:

• User guides and training materials;
• On-site and scheduled classroom training; and
• Reporting and Monitoring.

Lot 2: Computer Based Training: an externally hosted Solution, accessible through the internet, with the following functionality, as a minimum:

• A platform to access Computer Based Training and other online resources providing a catalogue of eLearning courses covering a wide range of ICT topics;
• An extensive training library;
• Administrator function;
• Reporting;
• A forum for frequently asked questions;
• A robust solution to be accessible 24/7;
• An externally hosted solution that is accessible through the internet and compatible with the Council's current infrastructure.

The estimated value of these Lots over the life of the Contract is as follows:

Lot 1 £56,000; and

Lot 2 £19,000.
