Care provider market engagement for a new 80 Bed Care Home with Nursing and Dementia Care

Provision of care at the proposed 80 Bed Care Home with Nursing and Dementia Care will be required to achieve the Care Quality Commission(CQC) quality standard of ?good? or above.

This notice also advises of the potential future procurement of care services for a new 80 bed care home with nursing and dementia care.

Additional information: The subject matter of this Notice is the market engagement for the supply of care provision in a new 80 bed care home with nursing care including for residents with dementia and behaviour which may be challenging. The proposal is for the Council to fund and build the Care Home on Council owned land in Poole, Dorset.

To respond to the market engagement questionnaire and to book your place(s) to attend the Care Providers Event you will need to register on http://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk.

Once registered search Opportunities in order to locate the 80 Bed Care Home with Nursing and Dementia Care. Register your interest to download the market testing questionnaire and/or invitation to the Care Providers Event.

The responses to the Questionnaire must be submitted via http://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk . You must allow good time for completing the process of uploading and submitting your response before the deadline of 8th APRIL 2016. At this time the system will automatically close to submissions and the Council will not accept any further responses.

No information provided in your response(s) to any aspect of the market engagement will be used in any evaluation of any subsequent response to any future procurement exercise.
