Concession Contract - Bus Services for Norwich Park and Ride Sites

Norfolk County Council are seeking a provider for operating limited-stop bus services from five Norwich Park & Ride sites - Thickthorn, Harford, Airport, Sprowston & Postwick - without subsidy from the Council. Once a proposal has been accepted, we will enter into an exclusivity Agreement with the successful Operator for each specific site or sites. Norfolk County Council is seeking a maximum of 2 operators to cover the 5 sites.

The Concession Contract Regulations allow Norfolk County Council flexibility as to process. The Council reserves the right to dialogue with bidders if it wishes to clarify aspects of the bidders' responses. If the Council decides to dialogue with bidders, it also reserves the right to ask bidders to resubmit a final amended bid.
