Cambridgeshire County Council Further Competition under ESPO Consultancy Framework 664 Lot 8b - Assessment of surface water reduction in flood risk, identification of preliminary options, preparation of a preferred option and detail design at Bar Hill, Cambridge. Cambridgeshire County Council is a Lead Local Flood Authority under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (FWMA 2010). This gives the County Council the role of co-ordinating the management of surface water flood risk. The County Council it is keen to use its ability to access local and government funding to see if schemes can be designed to help particularly vulnerable areas of Cambridgeshire.
