Overlay of existing roof coverings with new high-performance mineral felt applied Alumasc Roofing System to Flat Roof Areas R1 to R6.
Insulation to flat roofs
Reforming of perimeters to accommodate new roof thickness Formation of gutter channels in new roofing system Reforming all internal rainwater outlets
Renew all cowls and penetrations
Alterations / removal & reinstatement to effected mechanical & electrical services and plant.
