Maintenance for RO Water, Water Softeners and Associated Plant plus Site Wide Sealed System Water Te

The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency are looking for the following at the NIBSC site. Maintenance Contract for RO Water, Water Softeners and Associated Plant plus Site Wide Sealed Systems Water Testing and Boiler House Chemical Testing.

The comprises 4 lots.

1. Site Wide RO units – Maintenance
2. Water Softeners - Maintenance
3. Boiler House Water Treatment Testing
4. Site wide Sealed Water Systems testing.

Suppliers can did for one or multiple lots, it would be preferable if a sole supplier could fulfill all four parts of the contract.

Instructions How to Express Interest

Register your company on the e-Sourcing portal (this is only required once):

1. - Go to www.phe.bravosolution.co.uk. (Please note the MHRA uses the PHE portal).
2. - Click the link to register.
3. - Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘continue'.
4. - Enter your correct business and user details.
5. - Note the username you chose and click ‘Save' when complete.
6. - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure).
7. - Email purchasing@nibsc.org to confirm you have registered.
8. - We will then be able to add you to our mailing list to automatically inform you when the tender is published.
9. - Please note the tender has yet to be published so you will not see it on the portal, the above requirements are to ensure you are on our distribution list and you will receive notification as soon as the requirement is published.
