GB-Luton: Provision of Teledermatology Software

The Luton & Dunstable University NHS Foundation Trust wishes to invite offers for the provision of teledermatology software services to commence 5th November 2018

Dermatology has recently moved from the Hospital site to a new purpose built space with a central location in the town centre. As part of the further development of this innovative service we are seeking a provider for a teledermatology software solution.

At present Dermatology provides services across two sites, inpatients at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital and outpatients at Arndale House in Luton. Services are provided across five days per week. Luton has a diverse population with varying skin conditions, and it is hoped that a combined solution for ward round cover remotely and teledermatology will increase efficiency, reduce high cost agency spend and optimise adherence to 18 and 2 week wait standards.

Initial contract Term will be for 2 years with an optional 1 year extension.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
