The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide the works for the refurbishment of the St John's Pavilion Cricket Club Changing Rooms, alterations to the existing drainage layout and external works. The Council is undertaking an Local Tender procurement process, and intends to award the contract to a single organisation.
