Bradwell B New Nuclear Build - Specialist Technical Advice to Marine Management Organisation

Provide expert technical advice and assessment of evidence through expert review of pre-application and application materials provided in support of the Development Consent Order (DCO) and Marine Licence Applications related to the proposed Bradwell B New Nuclear Build (NNB).

It is critical the advice received is consistent and timely through the consenting and licensing application process for Bradwell B, therefore the services will be provided under a Call-off Contract with one supplier.

Time available for advice is largely determined by MMO legal obligations under the consenting process. Advice will generally be required within 14 days; however this may vary depending on the nature of documents for review.
