RM4673 L0934 DPS Appointment of an Agency to assist in the recruitment of Civil Service Commissioners

The Civil Service Commission is looking for a successful supplier to assist with the administration process of its recruitment of four Civil Service Commissioners and in particular to bring added value to the process especially at the long listing stage and the taking up of references and the due diligence stages.

The specific senior assistance required to help the Commission administer this recruitment campaign is as follows:

attending an initial planning meeting with the Commission;

undertaking preliminary interviews with each of the long listed candidates (approximately 15-20) and providing a report to inform the short listing meeting;

being in attendance at the shortlisting meeting, if required;

arranging interview slots with the Commission and notifying candidates of the timings;

taking up references on the short-listed candidates (approximately 10-12) and undertaking other due diligence upon them;

notifying all unsuccessful long-listed and short-listed candidates and providing feedback as required.

The Commission does not require assistance with a search for candidates, managing the initial application stage or notifying candidates who are not long-listed.

Engagement with suppliers will be via the HMRC Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) framework hosted on the Crown Commercial Service website. The 15 day notice period required under the HMRC DPS framework Lot 1 will expire on 26th June 2015.
