Police Live Services (PLS), a part of the Home Office Technology Division, were inviting bids for the renewal of Forum Sentry maintenance and support to cover their Schengen II (SISII) hardware and software.
Suppliers were asked to provide prices for the 12 month renewal of Premium Level Support and Maintenance to cover the following:
Forum Sentry Designation: Production 4 Boxes x 4
Forum Sentry Designation: Test 1 Box x 1 Forum Sentry XML Gateway Production x 1 Test & Dev (Staging) x 1
Test & Dev x 1
All renewals were to cover the period from 23rd January 2016 to 23rd January 2017.
The Premium Support Plan should offer as a minimum all of the support and maintenance outlined in the ‘Forum Systems Premium Support Plan’.
