description

The Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) Growth Hub is the single point of contact for business advice, funding and support for any business across Greater Birmingham.

We bring together all services and partners offering business support in our region through a web portal and expert advisers. We will either provide support directly to businesses or refer them to specialist advice through partner organisations.

The GBSLEP Growth Hub requires a supplier for the provision of The Growth Hub Access to Finance Advisory service for small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) across the Greater Birmingham and Solihull region.

The Growth Hub Access to Finance service provides:

  • Access to Finance website - our online platform designed to simplify the process for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to find professional advisors that can support their finance plans, as well as being able to access the finance required to fulfil those plans.
  • Access to Finance Business Finance Advisor - help of a specialist access to finance advisor who is there to help explain the different types of funding available, help SMEs to prepare the required documentation and assist them to approach the relevant prospective funders.
  • Access to Finance Portal - our finance search tool provides a list of many funders that are active in the GBSLEP region.
  • Angel Investment Portal - dedicated service that promotes equity investment opportunities to angel investors seeking to support the growth of small businesses.
  • GBSLEP Angel Investment Hub - forthcoming service designed to help increase the level of angel investment support, for businesses across the region.
