description
To procure a fully managed service to facilitate a first public hearing in
September 2016, as well as future hearings which will be conducted periodically over the next 5 years.
The requirement can be summarised into the following key components: ● Transcription services;
● Evidence presentation software and support services; ● Audiovisual services, including support for relevant special measures; ● Video-recording of proceedings, including live-streaming; ● Managed service;
● Information handling;
● IT and Security.
