Guildford Borough Council (GBC) is seeking to employ a single contractor to undertake the design and build of 21 No. domestic dwellings, associated infrastructure and communal facilities. The 21 No. houses will be spread over 5 No. sites. All sites are within close proximately of Guildford town centre.
The form of contract will be JCT Design & Build Contract 2011.
