Finance BPO Services

• i.The BBC is looking to procure Finance, Accounting, payroll and associated technology services. The requirement is broken into 3 lots:- - Lot 1:A fully managed service contract for the provision of Finance & Accounting BPO services (for BBC and BBC WW), and application management and infrastructure management services (for BBC). - Lot 2: A fully managed service contract for the provision of Payroll services: payroll solution and payroll accounting services (for BBC and BBC WW). - Lot 3:In addition, Lot 3 is for a fully managed service contract for the provision of all the services as described in Lot 1 and Lot 2 together. The contract(s) will have a term of 5 years (60 months) with services commencing on 1st November 2016. The contract(s) may be extended at the BBC’s discretion by up to 2 years. The BBC is looking to sign the contract(s) in early March 2016 to allow for a circa 8 month transition period. ii. Procurement documentation can be accessed at https://bbc.bravosolution.co.uk; iii. The procurement will be run using the Competitive Dialogue procedure. iv. The BBC reserves the right to add additional requirements to the scope of the services during the life of the contract(s). The BBC reserves the right to reduce the scope of the services.
