The works comprise:-
- Strip and re-cover of flat roof area. Including removing and reinstating mechanical & electrical plant & equipment;
- CCTV survey of internal rainwater pipes;
- Strip out & replace aluminium curtain wall system;
- Decorate exposed steelwork to front elevation, and
- Replace 2No. final exit doors to front elevation.
