PLEASE NOTE THIS NOTICE IS BEING PUBLISHED FOR TRANSPARENCY PURPOSES ONLY. DVLA currently has a mix of RHEL deployed both on premise and off premise, which currently resides in the Skyscape Cloud offering. DVLA has separate agreements for both, with the on premise deployment offering having full access to the underlying technology and support direct from Red Hat. The Skyscape offering provides limited access to the underlying technologies and requires Skyscape to provide 1st and 2nd line support instead of Red Hat.
