Pre Market Engagement - Remote Support Tool

Leicester City Council is currently undertaking an evaluation of the use of Windows Autopilot utilising Azure AD join to configure and manage devices . Part of this evaluation is the consideration of options for a remote support tool.

The current service comprises of approximately 5500 devices.

All devices are currently Windows 10 and the Council are reviewing options to potentially introduce Autopilot with the move to Windows 11. Thus, are interested in understanding the options available in the market, and what vendors can offer in terms of a remote support tool.

We are committed to fairness and transparency in all of our procurement activity. Responding to this pre-market engagement will not place you in a more favourable position at the tender stage and likewise declining to respond will not disadvantage you.

The responses received will only be used for the purposes of background information which informs our specification and options appraisal and will not be used for selection or award purposes in any tender process.
