Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Structural Remedial Works and Additional Works for a property in Tintagel Close

Project Description

Remedial works to a three-bedroom house that has suffered from movement. The works will be carried out to the superstructure of the property. The works include exterior and interior works to include rebuilding of exterior walls, crack stitching, internal and external remedial works to be able to relet the property.

The initial contract term will be for 8 weeks from 13th January 2025 - 16th march 2025. With no optional extension periods.

Estimated contract spend is between £55,000 and £65,000 across the contract term.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 1st November 2024, 15:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
